FIELD: power machinery construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves providing sequential strengthening of article surface by nitrogen ion implantation; performing stabilizing annealing process; after ion implantation process, providing ionic-plasma deposition of titanium nitride coat at discharge current of 90-110 A, discharge voltage of 50-60 V and nitrogen pressure of from 310-1 to 410-1 Pa.
