PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for producing an exterior automotive trim having excellent impact resistance, fluidity, dimensional stability, electroconductivity, appearance, coating adhesiveness, etc. SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by dry blending 100 pts. wt. of a resin composition with 0.2-5 pts. wt. of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (F). The above resin composition is prepared by previously melt kneading and pelletizing 10-60 pts. wt. of a modified material (A) obtained by reacting polyphenylene ether (PPE) (A1) with a hydrogenated material (A2) of a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) block copolymer and an unsaturated acid anhydride and/or an unsaturated acid (A3) in a specific proportion in a molten state with 10-60 pts. wt. of polyamide 6 (B) having specific physical properties, 10-40 pts. wt. of pellets (C) prepared by melt kneading electroconductive carbon black (C1) having specified physical properties with the polyamide 6 (B) in a specific proportion, 0.01-10 pts. wt. of a carboxylic acid having≥2 carboxy groups or its derivative (D) and 8-20 pts. wt. of calcium metasilicate (E) having specific physical properties.
