PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure for hoisting beams, suppressing occurrence of a level difference between the ends of the hoisting beams while properly suppressing the flexture deformation of the hoisting beams. SOLUTION: In the joint structure T for joining the hoisting beams 2A, 2B having flange portions 6, 7 and web portions 8, a protruded portion 9 is provided at the end of the web portion 8 of the first hoisting beam 2A and a recessed portion 10 is provided at the end of the web portion 8 of the second hoisting beam 2B.
