PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin polymer type seal material suitable as a PVC substitute material and excellent in sealability, mechanical strength, high frequency fusibility, heat resistance and NO<SB>x</SB>discoloration resistance. SOLUTION: The seal material is constituted by providing a seal layer (B), which comprises an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or its ionomer, on one side or both sides of a layer (A) comprising an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and/or an ethylene/carbon monoxide copolymer. An oxidation inhibitor is added to the layer (A) in an amount of 1-10,000 ppm with respect to the ethylene copolymer component constituting the layer (A). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
