PURPOSE: A semi-trailing arm-type rear suspension of a vehicle is provided to prevent toe-out of rear wheels through reinforcement of the transverse rigidity of a cross member to prevent the cross member from being bent when lateral force works on the rear wheels. CONSTITUTION: A semi-trailing arm-type rear suspension of a vehicle comprises semi-trailing arms(54) and a cross member(56). One end of the semi-trailing arm is rotatably combined to a hub(52) to which a rear wheel is combined rotatably integrally and the other end is obliquely projected rearward, to support the rear wheel. The cross member supports the other end of the semi-trailing arm rotatably upward. The plane of the cross member is formed in an X-shape to reinforce the strength and the four ends of the cross members are each fixed to a vehicle body.
