SURFACE TREATED LAYER FOR AQUEOUS INK AND METHOD OF PRINTING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is desired to form a highly smooth and accurate printing pattern with an aqueous ink on a ceramic green sheet or a ceramic substrate by using an ink jet or ink discharging unit.

SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a ceramic electronic component which can realize a surface treated layer with the highly accurate printing pattern with the aqueous ink, etc. formed thereon and a method of printing by using the same in which an environment is considered, by forming the surface treated layer 1 containing at least a surfactant, a water soluble resin and an acid on the ceramic green sheet 4 or the ceramic substrate, can be provided.
