PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gathering machine capable of corresponding to change operation of gathering speed of a user performing gathering operation on real time mainly. SOLUTION: This gathering machine is provided with a plurality of paper feeding devices for accumulating and loading a plurality of sheets such as middle sheet and folding sheet on a paper feeding tray, a folding part folding the folding sheet, a driving motor in the folding part, a folding part control function controlling the folding part driving motor, a longitudinal conveyance roll conveying sheets fed by the plurality of paper feeding devices to the folding part, respectively, a longitudinal conveyance roll driving motor driving the longitudinal conveyance roll, a longitudinal conveyance roll driving system operating in the interlocking relationship with it, and a longitudinal conveyance roll driving control function controlling the longitudinal conveyance roll driving motor. In this gathering machine, respective control functions of each motor control start/stop, speed, and acceleration of each motor freely by obtaining external signals. A pulse signal generator generating frequency proportional to speed of the longitudinal conveyance roll driving motor is attached to the longitudinal conveyance roll driving motor or the longitudinal conveyance roll driving system operating in the interlocking relationship with it.
