PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service for a user and reduce cost. SOLUTION: A lock lever 53A is engaged with a cam 51A to form a card handling passage 7 by closing a ceiling part 4 of a lower case 2 and a bottom plate 6 of an upper case 3. When a small diameter part of the cam 51A comes into contact with an engaging part 61 of the lock lever 53A by a motor 52 for cam, a section between the ceiling part 4 and the bottom plate 6 is opened by clearance D2.
