The machine to clean bones of clinging meat, and especially chop and neck bones, uses high pressure water jets, and the cleaned bones and detached meat are separated for removal. A center console (6) is at the lower frame (1) with a powered upper (9) and lower (10) chain wheel at the end sides for a conveyor chain. The conveyor chain is driven by a motor (11). The conveyor chain has fixed holding clips (21) and sprung clamping clips (20) with a horizontal movement. A conveyor belt (4) is under the conveyor chain, and the conveyor chain runs through the working zone (12). The center console has a recirculating conveyor bar (7).
