<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat transmission efficiency by controlling the temperature of an evaporator to an optimal temperature with the less number of temperature instruments. <P>SOLUTION: Heating fluid 12 such as high-temperature gas is introduced from a heating fluid introducing duct 1a to the evaporator 1 to heat a heating fluid side heat transfer surface of a heat transfer plate 7. A gap between the heat transfer plates 7 to have evaporated fluid in-between is desirably set to 1 mm or below. The evaporated fluid 10 supplied from an evaporated fluid tank 2 to the evaporator 1 by a pump 3 is heated by two evaporated fluid side heat transfer surfaces of the heat transfer plates 7 facing each other and evaporated. The temperature instrument 4 is arranged on the heat transfer surface in the downstream of an evaporated fluid side of the heat transfer plate 7, and a controller 6 controls a flow rate of the evaporated fluid (liquid) delivered by the pump 3 based on the temperature in the vicinity of the outlet of the evaporator detected by the temperature instrument 4 and pressure of the evaporated fluid (vapor) detected by a pressure sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
