PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the output mode of a map image to change corresponding to time and weather when displaying a map on a plane. SOLUTION: A map data acquisition section 15 acquires map data of a region including an own vehicle position from a disk 9. Based on the map data, a display control section 14 allows the plane map image to be displayed so that the own vehicle position is near the center of the display screen, decides a display color according to the time, and colors the periphery region of the display screen by the display color for displaying.
