PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impairing of durability caused by the interference of a flexible film defining a balance chamber, with another member, while sufficiently securing the volumetric change allowable value of the balance chamber, in this fluid enclosure type vibration control device provided with a pressure receiving chamber of which a wall part is partially made out of a main body rubber elastic body and to which the vibration is input, and the balance chamber easy in its volumetric change by composing a part of a wall part with a flexible film in a state that the non-compressive fluid is enclosed in the pressure receiving chamber and the balance chamber, and communicating the pressure receiving chamber and the balance chamber to each other by an orifice passage. SOLUTION: The flexible film is composed of a rubber elastic film 30, a circular thick part 69 is formed by circularly thickening the rubber elastic film 30, and further a central thick part 73 is formed independently from the annular thick part 69 approximately on the center of a part surrounded by the annular thick part 69.
