PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use inexpensive thinnings of small diameters and protect, grow and activate domestic forest industries. SOLUTION: This panel for a wooden building structure can be constituted by making use of the thinnings. The panel comprises a plurality of vertical wooden members 1, 2 set within 30-150 mm in lengthwise and crosswise dimensions of a section and a plurality of cross wooden members 3 set within 30-150 mm respectively in the lengthwise and crosswise dimensions of the section and constituting a latticed frame body 5 by connecting the vertical wooden members 1, 2 crosswise and the wall face plate 4 fixedly installed so as to cover at least one face of the latticed frame body 5 constituted of these vertical members 1, 2 and the cross wooden members 3.
