PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface strengthening coating method of a concrete structure, for example, a concrete foundation of a house for reinforcing the surface of the concrete structure, shortening a construction period, reducing cost, and maintaining durability over a long period. SOLUTION: After performing primer processing by the application of a primer on the aboveground exposed surface 12 of the stain-removed concrete structure 11, a reinforcing fibered sheet 15 is stuck to the exposed surface via a coating agent for a backing, and a coating agent for facing having permeability is also applied from its surface, and the surface of the concrete structure 11 is strengthened.
