PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a developing roller in an image forming device is provided to prevent surface friction coefficients which influence on image quality from being increased even though a life is finished, thereby maintaining an initial image quality. CONSTITUTION: A device checks a shaft having a corresponding size of a product(S210), and forms a basic material by applying an adhesive to the shaft, or processes a mold by injecting the basic material into the mold(S220). The device changes a plasticity material into an elastic material by using chemicals(S230), and performs a polishing process(S240). The system carries out a cleaning process(S250), and forms a coating layer by applying a surface treatment process for an outer surface of a basic material layer(S270). The device sets a condition and finally forms a shape through an after-treatment process(S280). The device makes a complete product.
