PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily link a plan view and a cross sectional view of a construction part of CAD data, and to quickly and easily carry out the arrangement of the cross sectional view and photograph data based on the plan view. SOLUTION: Information on the cross sectional view of the CAD data is linked to identification information on structural members appended to the plan view of the CAD data prepared upon designing, and the information on the cross sectional view is displayed by the designation of the identification information. Indication item data of each structural member are linked to the identification information on the structural members, and an indication number is displayed near the identification information on the structural members displayed in the plan view to show that the indication item is inputted. Photograph data of each structural member at a section for inspection are linked to the identification information on the structural members, and a confirmation photograph number is displayed near the identification information of the structural members displayed in the plan view to show that the photograph data are inputted.
