PURPOSE: A picture frame is provided to reduce the reflection of light by a pure liquid which less reflects light, thereby enabling to satisfactorily appreciate a picture and to display visual beauty. CONSTITUTION: The picture frame is manufactured by forming a transparent insertion room(2) so that a space portion(1A) is formed inside a transparent plastic case; pouring a pure liquid(5) into the space portion(1A) through a pouring hole(101) and making airtight with a cover(3); inserting a picture(6) in the transparent insertion room(2) through an opening portion(2A); and closing the cover(4). |
