PURPOSE: A golf swing posture and muscle training appliance is provided to improve convenience and ease in installation and carrying thereof, thereby enabling easy training of a golfer regardless of time and place. CONSTITUTION: The golf swing posture and muscle training appliance comprises a post member(10) configured to be attached to a horizontal plane or horizontal bar, a base(12), a shaft member(14) configured to be coupled to the post member, a rotatable member(16) configured to be coupled to the shaft member so as to rotate about the shaft member, and gripper members(18) connected to the rotatable member.
