PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled medical adhesive tape having superior hand-cutting property, having superior rewinding property even if being formed into a direct winding roll and being overlappedly stuck on the tape in the medical adhesive tape using a nonwoven cloth with permeability and elasticity as a support. SOLUTION: This rolled medical adhesive tape wound into a roll is formed with an adhesive layer on one face of a support. The support is formed of the nonwoven cloth having an orientation in the width direction of the adhesive tape formed of synthetic resin filaments, the rear face opposite to the adhesive layer of the support is formed with recesses/projections by embossing, the embossed surface of the support rear face is applied with release agent and the adhesive tape is formed into the roll by winding the adhesive layer with its in contact with the support rear face.
