PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope apparatus which has simple constitution, is not affected by environmental changes and realizes stable and highly accurate static elimination. SOLUTION: The microscope is constituted in such a manner that a sample mounting stand 21 covered with a conductive coating film 213 on the peripheral wall is fitted freely attachably and detachably to an attachment part 161 on the base 16 of a microscope main body 10 and the conductive coating film 213 of the sample mounting stand 21 is pressed against the base 16 and is held by using a plate spring member 23.
