PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a laminated paper board for a toy and a laminated paper board thereof are provided to secure the proper strength and thickness for the creased and scored laminated paper board as plastic models or puzzles by using corrugating mediums as reinforcing ribs and the shock-absorbing property of the corrugating medium for a wooden mold cutter in a creasing and scoring step. CONSTITUTION: A laminated paper board manufacturing method is composed of steps for preparing a corrugated fiber board box(10) formed by adhering a liner paper(13) to a corrugating medium(11)(S10); coating both surfaces of the corrugated fiber board box with an adhesive agent(S20); attaching a cover(S) on the corrugated fiber board box(S30); compressing the corrugated laminated paper board attached with the cover to reduce the thickness and reinforce the strength; and reinforcing the laminated paper board again by pressing the compressed laminated paper board with a creasing and scouring machine having a wooden mold(T1,T2) fixed with cutters(C1) at the bottom side, and creasing, scouring, and compressing the shape of the wooden cutter on the laminated paper board. |
