A process in which a sequence of operations from transcription template to formation of protein encoded by the template are automatically performed; and an automatic protein synthesis apparatus by which the process can be carried out. In particular, a process of cell protein synthesis wherein the reactions up to production of protein encoded by transcription template are automatically performed.
