<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a radiation image conversion panel with an improved sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for radiation image conversion panel including a process for forming a fluorescent layer by evaporating on a substrate, the material generated by heating one or more evaporation source containing a mother component and additive component of fluorescent body, EuOX or a mixture of EuOX and EuX<SB>m</SB>having a fraction in a range 90/10<EuX<SB>m</SB>/EuOX≤0/100(where X is halogen, m is a value in a rage of 2.0-3.0) is used and evaporated in an evaporation atmosphere of oxygen partial pressure at 1×10<SP>-8</SP>Pa or higher and at 1×10<SP>-4</SP>Pa or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
