<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink composition, containing only a small amount of mold proof and antiseptic agent so as not to give a bad effect to the composition and without forming rot caused by the generation of the mold and propagation of microorganisms even after preserving for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: This aqueous ink composition contains at least a coloring agent, water and at least one kind selected from the following group A.
