PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive for which an assembly operation is easily carried out and of which parts count is reducible. SOLUTION: A terminal forming section 152a of a flexible substrate 152 is bent so as to face a back face of a main print circuit board 30 in a state threading to a primary insertion hole 13a formed in a mainframe 13 and a second insertion hole 30a formed in the main print circuit board 30, and a terminal section 152b of the terminal forming section 152a is connected to a circuit pattern 30b formed in the back face of the main print circuit board.
