PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a retaining tube from a container neck part left on the bottom outer face of the neck part after the cap part, which is the top part on the connecting part of a seal type cap, is turned and removed. SOLUTION: This seal type cap 11 is provided with a first catching means 16 which comprises a plurality of elastic protrusive pieces 16a protrusively formed toward the upper inside from the inner face of the retaining tube 15 of the cap 11 to be attached to the neck bottom outer face of a container 1 and with a second catching means 4 for catching the lower face of an outward flange 4a. The tube part between the protrusive pieces 16a of the cap 11 is formed with a fold back part 17 which has a small gap 19 between the ends of a pair of right and left detachable lines 18, 18 formed by punching from the tube upper face or the lower face.
