PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game managing device for managing the technique of a player in response to the characteristic of a model of a game machine, and properly setting probability in accordance with the game machine arranged in a game hall and the player, etc. SOLUTION: The device includes technique related data collecting means 310, 333, so as to collect technique related data to be affected by the technique of the player in a game machine at each different game period in the machine. The technique determining means 310, 333 of the device determine the technique of the player at each kind of different technique related data, based on technique related data collected by the collecting means 310, 333. The data extracting means 310, 333 of the device selectively extract one of the different kinds of technique related data collected by the data collecting means 310, 333. Thus, data for determining the technique of the player is properly selected, and then, the technique determining means 310, 333 determine the technique of the player, based on the selected data.
