PURPOSE: A cooling module mounting structure of a carrier is provided to hold fixing strength with manual operations same as a locking method using a bolt by mounting a locking pin for press-combining an upper frame of the carrier with the upside of a cooling module. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a cooling module(30) to a carrier(40) integrated with a headlamp mounting part, a cooling module mounting part, and upper and lower frames(45,46) of the cooling module mounting part is composed of a plurality of inserting grooves arranged on the upper end of the cooling module to install the cooling module to the upper frame; a rubber sealing member formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inserting groove; through-holes(44) arranged on the upper frame formed at the upper part of the cooling module to correspond to the inserting groove; and locking pins(31) passing through the through-holes, screw-combining in the inserting groove and joining the carrier and the cooling module.
