<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an R-Fe-B group nano composite magnet powder having an excellent magnetic characteristic and also capable of enhancing the fluidity of a compound resulting from the powder compounded with a resin binder. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet powder whose oxygen content is 0.2 mass% or below is manufactured by pulverizing quenched alloy ribbon in advance, thereafter applying crystallization heat treatment to the obtained pulverized ribbon and furthermore pulverizing the ribbon by the impact method in high speed air streams so as to obtain particles 80 mass% or over of which have a grain diameter of 150 μm or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
