<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and systems for registering and distributing safety information, which can register the safety information of a victim after performing personal identification of the victim in registering and distributing of the safety information at the time of an emergency caused by a large scale disaster, and also can protect privacy information of the victims by limiting a reader for the safety information to an eligible person. <P>SOLUTION: The victim uses an IC card reader 16 of a terminal 14 for registering information in order to read an IC card 18 for registering the safety information. The information for personal identification of the victim comprising an electronic certification and the likes, which are read from the IC card 18, is sent to a safety information server 10, which performs the personal identification of the victim by using a server unit 32 for the identification. The safety information is registered at the terminal 14 for registering the information after the identification of the victim is completely performed, sent to the safety information server 10, and stored in a safety information database 34. The stored safety information can be read from a browser terminal 19, but a data item of the safety information eligible for reading is limited in response to a level of the identification at the browser terminal 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
