<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round system preventing failure of a round, to lower a cost for round, and to allow management of a rounder. <P>SOLUTION: This round system is provided with an IC tag 20 installed in a garbage collection point 2 and an on-vehicle system 30 and a portable terminal 40 carried by the rounder 4 rounding a plurality of garbage collection points 2. The IC tag 20 has a storage part 23 storing tag identification information for identifying its installation place. The portable terminal 40 has a second communication part 42 inputting the tag identification information stored in the storage part 23.
