PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) array substrate and a liquid crystal display including the same. SOLUTION: The OTFT array substrate is composed of a substrate which is divided into a liquid crystal display LCD region and an organic thin-film transistor OTFT region, a first dielectric layer which is formed on the substrate of the LDC region and has a first rugged part, an organic semiconductor layer which is formed on the substrate of the OTFT region, a gate which is formed in the OTFT region, a source and drain which are likewise formed in the OTFT region and come into contact with the organic semiconductor layer to form a channel therebetween, and a pixel electrode formed on the first rugged part of the first dielectric layer in the LCD region.
