PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive sheet, an electroconductive member and a packaging material obtained using the same. SOLUTION: The electroconductive polyester sheet comprises a substrate sheet composed of polyester and, formed on at least one surface thereof, a coat layer composed of an electroconductive composition, where the polyester substrate sheet has a triethylene glycol content of 1-50 ppm, an intrinsic viscosity of at least 0.70 dl/g and a surface resistivity of less than 1×10<SP>7</SP>Ωon the electroconductive composition coat layer side. The electroconductive polyester sheet is preferably manufactured by forming, if desired, an anchor coat comprising a curing agent as the main agent, subsequently forming thereon a plurality of coat layers of an electroconductive coating agent by a print dry coating method, and further forming a topcoat thereon.
