<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box and a storage box using the packing box which are convenient for a user and capable of effectively recycling resources when forming the storage box from the packing box to pack appliances. <P>SOLUTION: The packing box comprises a packing box body 21 and a plurality of shock-absorbing materials, and a folding line extending in a predetermined direction to form a rail part is formed in one shock-absorbing material 24 in advance. The shock-absorbing material 24 is folded along the folding line to regulate a rail part 35 in the shock-absorbing material 24. The remaining shock-absorbing materials are box-shaped ones with one side thereof opened.
