<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a check valve function part for checking air flow from a gap between outer and inner layers to the outside simply at a low cost without a requirement for high molding dimension accuracy, by using a container body itself for the structure of the check valve function part. <P>SOLUTION: A bottom-attached cylindrical bottom covering body 15 made of a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film is fitted in a tightening manner by means of heat shrinking deformation to cover the outside of the trunk 5, including the bottom 12, of a laminated synthetic resin container body 1 that delaminates easily. A U-shaped slit 10 is formed on the part of the outer layer 2 that is opposite to the upper end of a cylindrical strip 16 of the bottom covering body 15 so that the upper end of the slit 10 projects higher than the upper edge of the cylindrical strip 16 to form a tongue strip 11. The cylindrical strip 16 and the tongue strip 11 form the simple, low-cost check valve function part that allows air to flow in between the outer and inner layers2, 3 but prevents from flowing out of there. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
