PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise which accompanies the rotation of an optical disk. SOLUTION: A dent part 88 as a catch part for preventing disk tilting is included, which has a smooth tip shape projected from the peripheral wall 80c of the recess of a tray main body toward the inside in the state of opposing a part of the outer peripheral edge vicinity of an optical disk 10 substantially set in the recess 80b of the tray main body 80, and having no step. Since the dent part 88 has the smooth tip shape of no steps, resistance is small in an air flow which accompanies the rotation of the optical disk compared with a conventional catch, and the occurrence of Karman vortex. Thus, the generation of wind noise which accompanies the rotation of the optical disk is suppressed, and therefore noise which accompanies the rotation of the optical disk is reduced.
