<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control device and an illumination device for selecting a lighting state of an illumination load at a light control lower limit value in response to an amplitude of the light control lower limit value and suppressing a rapid illuminance variation at the light control lower limit value, or saving power, and suppressing the flickering of the illumination load. <P>SOLUTION: The control device comprises a lower limit lighting selecting means 23 for comparing a light control lower limit value with a prescribed reference lower limit value of a lighting device 5 to energize an illumination load 8, sustaining the lighting of the illumination load 8 at the light control lower limit value when it exceeds the reference lower limit value and enabling the illumination load 8 to be turned off at the light control lower limit value when it does not exceed the references lower limit value, and a control means 26 for calculate-generating a light control signal so that an illumination value input to an illumination input means 18 becomes a prescribed target illuminance to transmit the control signal until the illuminance value reaches the light control lower limit value, and controlling the lighting state of the illumination load 8 in response to the determination of the selecting means 26 at the light control lower limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
