PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat spreader conveying apparatus capable of preventing positional displacement, overlapping, deficit, and incorrect setting into a metal mold in the course of the heat spreader being conveyed in by rapidly conveying the heat spreader made into individual pieces into the metal mold. SOLUTION: There are provided a heat spreader supply part 26 for sucking the heat spreader HS and taking out the same with a supply hand 28 by the number required for one time resin sealing from a heat spreader magazine 27 where the heat spreaders HS are stacked and accommodated in accommodation grooves provided at a plurality of positions, an inspection part for detecting the deficit, overlapping, and inversion of the heat spreaders HS taken out from the heat spreader supply part 26 with the supply hand 28, a heat spreader alignment part 31 where the heat spreaders HS after inspection are transferred with the supply hand 28 and are aligned and disposed in conformity with a cavity recess of a molded metal mold 25, and a loader 7 for conveying the heat spreader HS into the cavity recess of the molded metal mold 25 after receiving the heat spreader HS from the heat spreader alignment part 31.
