PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fiber fabric having highly reinforcing effect without causing bowing and stitch dislocations in its winding and filling steps, and to provide a reinforcing fiber sheet free of surface unevenness and good in quality in terms of appearance. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fiber fabric or reinforcing fiber sheet for use as a reinforcing material is such that a plurality of warps are arranged in parallel so as to adjoin each other, the respective warps crossing wefts at crossover points, and the resulting weave design is such as to cross the plurality of warps and the wefts altogether to form basket holes and the number of the basket holes is≤100/25mm×25mm.
