PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem of the difficulty in judging position of fish from conventional methods, in which signal obtained by the reflected waves of ultrasonic in a plurality of frequencies are separately indicated in individual screens for each frequency of ultrasonic reflected waves and requires a comparison of the screens for decision. SOLUTION: To a first and a second transmission circuits 8a and 8b of the ultrasonic fish finder, a first and a second ultrasonic vibrators 9a and 9b are connected, respectively. To the first and the second ultrasonic vibrators 9a and 9b, a first and a second reception circuits 10a and 10b are connected, respectively. To the output terminals of the first and the second reception circuits, first and second A/D converters 11a and 11b are connected, respectively. To the first and the second A/D converters, first and second memory circuits 12a and 12b are connected. To the output terminals of the first and the second memory circuits, color specifying circuits 13a and 13b ar connected, respectively. To the output terminals of the color identification circuits, an image signal conversion circuit 14 is connected. To the output of the image signal conversion circuit 14, a display 15 is connected.
