PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device having a lamp easy to maintain, capable of irradiating light so as to diffuse in a wide range. SOLUTION: A lamp (1), a reflecting plate (2) arranged close to the lamp (1)reflecting light irradiated from the lamp (1), and a floodlight plate (3) for flooding light reflected by the reflecting plate (2) on a required place are provided, further, the floodlight plate (3) comprises a plurality of floodlight panels (4) arrayed in a row, and by enabling each of the floodlight panels (4) to arbitrarily move, an irradiation area formed by the light irradiated from the lamp (1) is made variable.
