PURPOSE: Polymeric particles having a nanometer-order diameter to transfer skin care ingredients such as unsaturated monomers based on unsaturated multiethylene and food ingredients such as sugar or starch are provided. They can effectively transfer various consumer product components and satisfy the same feeling for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: The nanoparticles having a diameter of 1 to 10nm comprising skin care ingredients and food ingredients are prepared using synthetic material and natural material. The natural material contains sugar, starch, dextran, polysaccharide, protein, alginate and cellulose, The synthetic material contains alkyl(meth)acrylate, alicyclic(meth) acylate, (meth)acylate, vinyl acetate, alkenyl(meth)acrylate, aryl(meth)acrylate, alkylaryl(meth)acrylate, vinyl aromatic monomer, (meth)acrylic acid and substituted ethylene monomers. |
