<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch-less compressor implementing a suitable fuel saving operation by minimizing a swash plate angle immediately based on a command signal for the minimum volume operation at the time when an air conditioner is turned off. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic coil 41 is placed on a cylinder block 2, as magnet attraction generating means to decrease an inclination angle of a swash plate 26 by attracting the plate 26 directly or indirectly by excitation. Accordingly, the inclination angle of the swash plate 26 can be minimized and attracted promptly by excitation of the means 41, when receiving a command for the minimum volume operation. Thus, it becomes possible to prevent the compressor from being operated for a long time wastefully and a suitable fuel saving operation can be implemented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
