PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly work. SOLUTION: A reciprocating mechanism 70 is provided with a shaft member 71 having a series of reciprocating spiral channel 711 on a peripheral face, a reciprocating body 72 which can move in the direction of shaft axis for the shaft member 71 and is inserted into the shaft member 71 through a guide hole 721 while regulating rotation around shaft axis, and a driven piece 743 which is arranged in the form in which it faces the reciprocating spiral channel 711 of the shaft member 71 from the reciprocating body 72 and reciprocates and moves the reciprocating body 72 along the direction of shaft axis of the shaft member 71 by moving along the reciprocating spiral channel 711 when the shaft member 71 rotates. A storage hole 724 communicating with the guide hole 721 is formed in the reciprocating body 72. A rotary plate 74 on which the driven piece 743 is integrally formed is rotatably stored in the storage hole 724, and an elastic claw piece 725 preventing dropping of the rotary plate 74 from the storage hole 724 is provided in the storage hole 724 of the reciprocating body 72.
