<p>A house door has a main panel comprising a double skin structure with an inner filling (16), e.g. foam. The panel is fitted inside an outer support frame (14). The outer skin (22) is extended (30, 32) to cover the support frame and form a plane outer appearance for the door. The inner skin (20) can be fitted with decorative panels to simulate a wooden door. The outer panel can be of any suitable material and can be, or can be covered by, a steel security panel.</p> |
