The plate hinge has one or more curved studs in a holding element (1) which are guided in a tubular guide element (3). A second holding element (2) is also guided in this guide element whereby each stud runs in its own guideway in the guide element. The individual guideways in the guide element are arranged side by side or one above the other. The hinge is made from injection moulded plastics, non-metal casting or metal casting or the like.
