CONSTITUTION: A card reader(53) reads the card information of the credit card. A key pad makes a member shop owner directly input a settlement price. A display panel displays the simple information. A transmitting/receiving part transmits an approval request to a settlement server and receives the approval code. A printer(55) prints out a receipt(30). A sound source memory(57) stores the sound including a voice or music. A sound output part(59) reads the preset sound from the sound source memory and outputs the sound if a response is received from the settlement server.
