摘要 PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment system using upflow anaerobic floating filtration process is provided to treat organic wastewater having different concentration economically and effectively irrespective of seasons by improving problems of existing anaerobic treating facility such as low treating efficiency, time required for initial stabilization, installation and operation cost. CONSTITUTION: The wastewater treatment system comprises two reaction tanks comprising a floating filtering material layer for promoting adhesion and growth of anaerobic microorganisms in a middle upper layer inside the reaction tanks; one reaction tank comprising a sponge layer; an insulating heat reserving material (Styrofoam) for covering the reaction tanks and hot water pipe that is circulated through a lower layer of the respective reaction tanks; and transfer pipe and transfer pump for recirculating treated water, wherein wastewater is freely dropped to the three anaerobic reaction tanks filled in underground by water head difference between the anaerobic reaction tanks and wastewater storage tank without external power supply, wastewater flown in the lower layer of the first reaction tank passes through the floating filtering material layer in an upflow type to decompose organic matter through hydrolysis and organic acid fermentation process, gas generated when the organic matter is decomposed causes internal circulation without additional mechanical mixing to facilitate formation and maintenance of biological factors in the anaerobic reaction tanks, and the floating filtering material layer is formed in an actiniform shape.
