MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NON-WOVEN FABRIC WHICH IS CHARACTERIZED BY USING FILAMENT AND HAVING EXCELLENT STRENGTH AND ABRASION RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of non-woven fabric having excellent strength and abrasion resistance is capable of producing hardened spun bond hydrodynamically. CONSTITUTION: Spun bond fabric(non-woven fabric) is obtained by the steps of: (a) forming filament(1) of a thermoplastic synthetic resin agent, followed by cooling the filament(1); (b) collecting the filament(1) on spun bond web of a porous belt; pulling air from a bottom of the porous belt through the belt; (c) treating the filament with a moistening agent; and then (d) hardening the spun bond web hydrodynamically. The moistening agent is a surfactant.
