PURPOSE: A chair for lumbago treatment is provided to correct the bent pelvis and the vertebra of a patient by appropriately adjusting the inclinations of individual left and right seat portions of the chair, thereby realizing treatment and prevention of lumbago. CONSTITUTION: The chair for use in lumbago treatment comprises a seat unit(3) supported by chair legs(7) and adapted to bear the pelvis and legs of the patient, the seat unit consisting of two left and right two seat portions(5), which are configured to be separately adjusted in their inclinations, and an inclination control unit adapted to adjust the inclinations of the left and right seat portions in order to allow the pelvis of the patient to be correspondingly tilted by the weight load. The inclination control unit comprises control rods(10) connected to both the seat portions, and hydraulic cylinders(11) for vertically lifting the control rods.
